研究目的：

1.明确肠道微生物与宿主临床指标之间的联系； 2.评估益生菌制剂通过靶向调控肠道微生物组，改善宿主各项临床指标的效果。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the association between gut microbes and host clinical indicators; 2. To evaluate the efficacy of probiotic agents in improving host clinical indicators through targeted modulation of the gut microbiome.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有各种急慢性感染及其他免疫性疾病，如终末期肾病、肝功能衰竭、心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭； 2.内分泌疾病，如甲状腺功能异常、库欣综合征、垂体功能异常； 3.实验前1个月内使用过益生菌制剂或2周内有腹泻、胃肠炎病史； 4.怀孕； 5.有长期饮酒史，即饮酒时间超过5年，或乙醇量男性＞140 g/周，女性＞70 g/周。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from various acute and chronic infections and other immunologic diseases, such as end-stage renal disease, liver failure, heart failure, respiratory failure; 2. Endocrine diseases, such as abnormal thyroid function, Cushing's syndrome, abnormal pituitary function; 3. Probiotic preparations used within 1 month before the experiment or history of diarrhea or gastroenteritis within 2 weeks; 4. Pregnancy; 5. A history of long-term alcohol consumption, i.e., drinking for more than 5 years, or ethanol amount > 140 g/week for men and > 70 g/week for women.
