对比评估超乳联合房角分离术治疗360°与≤180°房角关闭的闭角型青光眼患者术后的安全性和疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To compare and evaluate the safety and efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of Chronic Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma with 360° versus ≤180° Peripheral Anterior Synechiae

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①继发性青光眼；②曾行除LPI外的其他眼科手术（如复合式小梁切除术等）；③患有重大全身性疾病，如类风湿性关节炎，系统性红斑狼疮等；④所需资料不全。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary glaucoma; (2) Have performed other ophthalmic surgeries other than LPI (such as compound trabeculectomy, etc.); (3) Have major systemic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; (4) The required information is incomplete.

According to the process of the research ,raw research data should be made freely avaliable to all researchers in specific days.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、正确地载入病例报告表，录入相应数据库系统，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘上，妥善保存，防止损坏

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers will write accurate data into to case report forms in time, and input it into the corresponding database system.The data will be backed up and saved on different disks to prevent damage.
