研究目的：

（1）明确OLIF-BCAAS在单节段腰椎管狭窄症合并骨质疏松的临床应用是安全、有效的； （2）通过与OLIF-PIFPS对比，总结OLIF-BCAAS治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄症合并骨质疏松的优势与不足； （3）通过本项目的实施及临床经验总结，探索OLIF-BCAAS的适应症及禁忌症，并在区内外进行应用推广。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) It is established that the clinical application of OLIF-BCAAS (Oblique Lumbar Interbody Fusion with Bilateral Compression and Anterior Anular Support) is safe and effective in the treatment of single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis combined with osteoporosis. (2) By comparing OLIF-BCAAS with OLIF-PIFPS (Oblique Lumbar Interbody Fusion with Posterior Instrumentation and Fusion), the advantages and limitations of OLIF-BCAAS in treating single-segment lumbar spinal stenosis combined with osteoporosis are summarized. (3) Through the implementation of this project and the accumulation of clinical experience, the indications and contraindications of OLIF-BCAAS are explored, and its application is promoted both within and outside the region.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.不适合行OLIF，如腰椎中央椎管骨性狭窄、腰椎间盘髓核脱出、腰椎II°及以上滑脱； b.基础疾病多，不能耐受手术/麻醉； c.合并有其他原因所致的腰背痛、下肢功能障碍等可能影响疗效判定的其他疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Not suitable for undergoing OLIF (Oblique Lumbar Interbody Fusion) due to conditions such as central canal stenosis of the lumbar spine, extruded intervertebral disc herniation, and grade II or higher spondylolisthesis. b. Multiple underlying diseases that make the patient unable to tolerate surgery/anesthesia. c. Concurrent presence of other conditions causing lumbar back pain, lower limb functional impairment, or other diseases that may affect the assessment of treatment efficacy.
