研究目的：

本研究采用影像标准化质控体系，基于人工智能、图像分割、图像标注及后结构化处理等方法，构建基于人工智能的辅助诊断系统，为开展女性外阴疾病的诊治标准、路径及延伸服务体系建设作支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopts an image standardization quality control system, based on methods such as artificial intelligence, image segmentation, image annotation, and post-structural processing, to construct an artificial intelligence-based auxiliary diagnostic system. This system provides support for establishing diagnostic and treatment standards, pathways, and extended service system for female vulvar diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）具有抗生素过敏史；2）孕期或备孕中；3）肾结石患者；4）具有肾移植史；5）有肾肿瘤的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1)History of antibiotic allergy; 2)Pregnant or planning to conceive; 3)Patients with kidney stones; 4)History of kidney transplantation; 5)Patients with kidney tumors.

女性外阴疾病影像诊断系统

The female vulvar diseases imaging diagnostic system

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

1）有性生活的健康女性；  2）18 岁以上； 3）过去 2 周内没有饮用抗氧化补充剂； 4）过去 6 个月内有≥2 次复发性外阴苔藓样病变；  5）或 过去 12 个月内有≥3 次复发性外阴苔藓样病变。

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

1)Healthy women actively engaged in sexual activity; 2) Aged 18 and above; 3) Have not taken antioxidant supplements in the past 2 weeks; 4) Have experienced ≥2 episodes of recurrent lichen sclerosus of the external female genitalia in the past 6 months; 5) Or have experienced ≥3 episodes of recurrent lichen sclerosus of the external female genitalia in the past 12 months.
