探究首发脑卒中患者认知功能的群体异质性发展轨迹,识别认知功能发展轨迹的异质性类别并分析其预测因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the group heterogeneous development trajectory of cognitive function in first-episode stroke patients, identify the heterogeneous categories of cognitive function development trajectory and analyze its predictive factors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①既往有精神病史，合并心、肺、脑、肾等严重合并症及并发症； ②既往有阿尔茨海默病、混合型痴呆、癫痫、帕金森症、多发性硬化等神经系统疾病史； ③最近1个月服用镇静、精神类药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Had a history of mental illness, complicated with serious complications and complications of heart, lung, brain and kidney; ②History of Alzheimer's disease, mixed dementia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and other neurological diseases; ③ Patients who have taken sedative and psychotropic drugs in the last 1 month.

数据采集:孙洁在卒中后2周内、卒中后1个月、卒中后3个月进行数据采集。 数据管理：所有数据资料使用Epidata录入，由张明月、罗紫嫣统一录入数据，并进行双人核对，资料由吴彩琴进行保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: Sun Jie's data were collected within 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after stroke. Data management: Epidata was used to input all data. Zhang Mingyue and Luo Ziyan entered the data in a unified way, and double-checked the data. Wu Caiqin saved the data.
