分析重症监护治疗病房中新型冠状病毒患者AKI的危险因素及其预后,改善患者临床轨迹。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze risk factors of AKI in patients infected with COVID-19 and prognosis in ICU.To improve patients' clinical trajectories.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者COVID-19感染的诊断不明； 2.患者住院时间小于3天或者主要数据缺失； 3.患者既往慢性肾病史或者住院前接受过肾移植手术

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients whose diagnosis of COVID-19 infection was unknown, 2. Patients with a hospital stay of less than 3 days and missing key data, and 3. Patients with pre-existing chronic kidney disease or those who had undergone kidney transplantation prior to their hospital admission.
