研究目的：

1.探究对于老年人术中维持的最佳剂量； 2.探究不同剂量下的维持对老年人术后谵妄的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the optimal dose for intraoperative maintenance in the elderly; 2. To explore the effects of maintenance at different doses on postoperative delirium in the elderly.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有药物过敏症状或麻醉药物过敏史； 2.有冠心病、高血压、颅内高压等心血管类疾病的患者； 3.有精神类疾病或者精神疾病家族史； 4.预计术后送ICU的患者； 5.有青光眼或者眼外伤的患者； 6.肝肾功受损。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have drug allergy symptoms or history of anesthesia drug allergy; 2. Patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, intracranial hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases; 3. Have a mental illness or family history of mental illness; 4. Patients expected to be admitted to ICU after surgery; 5. Patients with glaucoma or eye trauma; 6. Liver and kidney function damage.
