研究目的：

1.探讨AML患者与健康供者间铁死亡相关基因表达水平的差异； 2.建立铁死亡相关基因建立风险预后模型； 3.验证风险预测模型的可行性； 4.了解铁死亡相关mRNA的表达在AML患者预后中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the differences in gene expression levels of iron death between AML patients and healthy donors; 2. To establish iron death-related genes to establish a risk prognostic model; 3. To verify the feasibility of the risk prediction model; 4. To understand the role of iron death-related mRNA expression in the prognosis of AML patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 排除其他原始细胞异常增殖的疾病，包括骨髓增生异常综合征、慢性白血病等；杂合性和混合性白血病； 2. 合并严重心、脑、肝、肾疾病及精神病患者； 3. 美国东部肿瘤协作组(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group, ECOG)评分>2分； 4. 拒绝随访的患者； 5. 研究中认为有任何不适宜入选的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Excluding other diseases with abnormal proliferation of original cells, including myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic leukemia, etc. Heterozygous and mixed leukemia; 2. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney disease and mental illness; 3. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score > 2; 4. Patients who refuse follow-up; 5. It was found that there were any circumstances that were not suitable for inclusion in the study.
