研究目的：

（1）为 VNS 的整体标准化操作流程的建立提供依据，同时为发现与 VNS疗效相关的临床及电生理指标提供线索，建立预测模型以利于识别从 VNS 疗法更易获益的患儿特征。同时，也为建立更合理的 VNS 参数调控模式提供依据。 （2）形成适用于中国儿童癫痫患者的迷走神经电刺激治疗的术前评估、最佳适应证、手术和术后随访程控的标准化操作流程文件。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To provide a basis for the establishment of the overall standardized operating process of VNS, and to provide clues for the discovery of clinical and electrophysiological indicators related to the efficacy of VNS, and to establish predictive models to facilitate the identification of characteristics of children who are more likely to benefit from VNS therapy. At the same time, it also provides a basis for establishing a more reasonable VNS parameter regulation mode. (2) To form a standardized procedure document for preoperative evaluation, best indication, surgery and postoperative follow-up program control of Vagus nerve nerve electrical stimulation therapy for Chinese children with epilepsy.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）不能完成长期随访或不能规律程控的患者； 2）基线期信息或术后随访信息记录不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who are unable to complete long-term follow-up or cannot be programmed regularly; 2) Patients with incomplete baseline or postoperative follow-up information records.
