研究目的：

（1）在不同时间点检测患者口腔中挥发性硫化物含量，评价患者的口腔异味程度。（2）干预前后牙周临床指标改善情况的评估。（3）不同时间点龈沟炎症因子的变化。（4）采集龈下和唾液样品、粪便样品，用于检测口腔菌群和粪便菌群微生物组变化。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Detect the volatile sulfide content in the patient's mouth at different time points and evaluate the degree of oral odor. (2) Evaluation of improvement in periodontal clinical indicators before and after intervention. (3) Changes in gingival crevicular inflammatory factors at different time points. (4) Collect subgingival and saliva samples, as well as fecal samples, to detect changes in the microbiome of oral and fecal microbiota.

排除标准：

患有任何全身性疾病，孕妇和哺乳期妇女，在研究前6个月内接受过抗生素或非类固醇类抗炎治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffer from any systemic diseases, pregnant and lactating women who received antibiotic or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory treatment within 6 months prior to the study.

一名不参与临床采样、检查、治疗且不参与实验室检测的内蒙古农业大学的博士生根据计算机生成的列表生成的随机序列，受试者随机序列被分配到A组或B组。其中一组代表后生元组，另外一组为安慰剂组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A Ph.D. from Inner Mongolia Agricultural University who did not participate in clinical sampling, examination, treatment, or laboratory testing generated a random sequence based on a computer-generated list, and the subjects were assigned to either Group A or Group B. One group represents the postbiotic group, while the other group is the placebo group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	数据要及时录入计算机，以便及时核查、发现问题和纠正错漏之处。所有的涉及数据管理的过程包括录入、核对、出现的错漏、修改应该记录在案，以备在万一出现问题时能追查发生于哪个环节，得到及时纠正。电子数据文件要类保存，以硬盘拷贝保存。登记相关数据文件保存的物理位置（计算机路径）。数据清理完毕，数据库应加密或防止未经授权者接触数据，以只读属性保存以防被误写，并应有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上（如只读光盘）。所有存储数据文件的介质应注意妥善保存，防止损坏。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Data should be entered into the computer in a timely manner for timely verification, problem detection, and correction of errors and omissions. All processes related to data management, including input, verification, errors and omissions, and modifications, should be recorded in order to trace which link occurred in case of any problems and obtain timely correction. Electronic data files should be saved in the form of hard disk copies. Register the physical location (computer path) where the relevant data files are saved. After data cleaning is completed, the database should be encrypted or prevent unauthorized access to the data. It should be saved with read-only attributes to prevent accidental writing, and multiple backups should be saved on different disks or recording media (such as read-only CDs).
