研究目的：

评价基于准分子激光微单眼视多焦双非球面消融模式矫正老视的安全性、有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of excimer laser micro-monocular multi-focal double aspherical ablation mode in the correction of presbyopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

所有患者均由同一医师完成手术。 术前常规消毒，表面麻醉，采用VisuMax飞秒激光系统（Carl Zeiss VisuMax,德国）制作角膜瓣，厚度100μm，直径8.1mm，边切角60°。制瓣完成后，采用SCHWIND AMARIS 1050RS准分子激光机（SCHWIND AMARIS，德国）行角膜基质层消融，主导眼选择Aberration-Free消像差切削，完全矫正屈光不正;非主导眼选择 PresbyMAX monocular消融模式,治疗完成后，平衡盐溶液瓣下冲洗，复位角膜瓣，用无屑吸血海绵抚平角膜瓣。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

All patients were operated on by the same physician. Routine disinfection and topical anesthesia were performed before operation. The corneal flap was made by VisuMax femtosecond laser system (Carl Zeiss VisuMax, Germany), with a thickness of 100μm, a diameter of 8.1mm and a cutting angle of 60. After the flap was made, the corneal stroma was ablated by SCHWIND AMARIS 1050RS excimer laser (Schwinder Amaris, Germany), and Aberration-Free anamorphic ablation was selected as the dominant eye to completely correct ametropia. PresbyMAX monocular ablation mode was used in non-dominant eyes. After the treatment, balanced salt solution washed under the flap, reset the corneal flap, and smoothed the corneal flap with a dust-free blood-sucking sponge. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.目前眼部有活动性炎症或感染； 2.术前角膜地形图及生物力学检查异常者。预期切削后角膜基质厚度<300um，术前中央角膜厚度<470um； 3.Pupil offset≥ 0.7mm； 4.不能耐受1D的屈光参差； 5.有除屈光不正外其他影响视力的眼病，眼科手术史（包括激光角膜屈光手术），外伤史等； 6.焦虑、抑郁等精神状态及对术后视觉质量与视力要求过高者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Current active inflammation or infection of the eye; 2. Those with abnormal preoperative corneal topography and biomechanical examination. Expected post-cutting corneal stromal thickness < 300um and preoperative central corneal thickness < 470um; 3. Pupil offset >= 0.7mm; 4. Intolerance to micro-monovision testing with contact lenses or trial frame for at least 1 D; 5. Have an eye condition that affects vision other than refractive error, history of ocular surgery (including laser refractive surgery) and traumatism; 6. Anxiety, depression and those who have high demands for postoperative visual quality and vision.
