通过观察益蔻四子散治疗腹腔镜肝癌术后是否可以促进胃肠动力、降低术后并发症的发生率及促进术后快速康复，探讨益蔻四子散对腹腔镜肝癌术后胃肠动力快速康复的临床作用。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to observing whether Yikou Sizi Powder can promote gastrointestinal motility, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and promote rapid postoperative recovery after laparoscopic liver cancer surgery, this study explores the clinical effect of Yikou Sizi Powder on rapid postoperative gastrointestinal motility recovery of laparoscopic liver cancer surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①可见其他脏器肿瘤及肿瘤其他脏器转移者； ②有严重精神疾病或认知障碍者； ③依从性差不能配合完成实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Visible other organ tumors and tumors with metastasis to other organs, ② Individuals with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment, ③ Poor compliance and inability to cooperate in completing the experiment.

采用SPSS26.0 软件生成随机数字表，按 1：1 的比例随机分为试验组和对照组，并将分组结果保存在不透光的密封信封中，按照受试者手术时间的先后顺序在试验中拆开信封。操作员根据信封内随机分组的方式，分别对其进行相应干预。
