研究目的：

1. 高原地区等效低海拔微压氧舱对人群的安全性研究 1.1 高原地区等效低海拔微环境氧舱使用前后生理指标变化 1.2 高原地区等效低海拔微环境氧舱使用前后健康量表变化（生活质量量表、睡眠量表等） 2. 高原地区等效低海拔微压氧舱对人群的有效性研究 2.1 高原地区等效低海拔微环境氧舱使用前后各脏器、各系统、各项生理指标的变化 2.2 高原地区等效低海拔微环境氧舱使用前后睡眠监测指标变化 3. 探索并建立高原地区等效低海拔微压氧舱的适宜参数（压力、氧浓度、湿度等）  

Objectives of Study：

1. Safety study of equivalent low-altitude microbaric oxygen chamber in plateau area 1.1 Changes of physiological indexes before and after the use of equivalent low-altitude microenvironment oxygen chamber in plateau area 1.2 Changes of health scales (quality of life scale, sleep scale, etc.) before and after the use of equivalent low-altitude microenvironment oxygen chamber in plateau area 2. Study on the effectiveness of equivalent low-altitude micro-baric oxygen chamber on the population in plateau area 2.1 Changes of organs, systems and physiological indexes before and after the use of equivalent low-altitude microenvironment oxygen chamber in plateau area 2.2 Changes of sleep monitoring indexes before and after the use of equivalent low-altitude microenvironment oxygen chamber in plateau area 3. Explore and establish suitable parameters (pressure, oxygen concentration, humidity, etc.) of equivalent low-altitude micro-baric oxygen chamber in plateau area.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 调查对象存在下列任何一种情况即不能进入本项研究： 1)静息心率＜50次/分钟或＞110次/分钟；2)查体血压 ≥ 140/90 mmHg，或 ＜90/60 mmHg；3)血常规、肝肾功能、电解质、血糖、血脂水平异常；4)超声心动图明显异常：心脏结构异常、LVEF≤50%、室壁运动异常、心包积液、肺动脉高压等。5)高压氧舱禁忌相关疾病；6）存在其它疾患或者情况的受试者，经研究者评估不适合纳入本研究者；7) 排除幽闭空间恐惧的精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any of the following conditions were excluded from the study: 1) resting heart rate < 50 BPM or > 110 BPM; 2) blood pressure ≥ 140/90 mmHg or < 90/60 mmHg; 3) abnormal blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrolyte, blood glucose and blood lipid levels; 4) Significant abnormalities of echocardiography: abnormal cardiac structure, LVEF≤50%, abnormal ventricular wall motion, pericardial effusion, pulmonary hypertension, etc. 5) diseases related to contraindications in hyperbaric oxygen chamber; 6) subjects with other diseases or conditions that were assessed by the investigators as not suitable for inclusion in the study; 7) exclude the mental illness of fear of claustrophobia.
