Objectives of Study: |
To explore whether cerebellar iTBS can enhance the efficacy of lower extremity robot-assisted walking training in the treatment of walking dysfunction in stroke patients through randomized parallel controlled trials, and observe the safety of combined treatment. functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) was used to explore the therapeutic mechanism in order to promote clinical application. |

排除标准: |
1.存在双侧半球或幕下病变导致脑卒中、脑肿瘤、脑外伤、骨折等其他疾病导致的神经功能缺损、下肢活动受限、残损、关节肿胀、挛缩、严重疼痛或其他下肢疾患; 2.患侧下肢髋、膝、踝、脚趾肌张力MAS评分均≥3级; 3.装有心脏起搏器、人工耳蜗或其他金属异物及植入体内的任何电子装备者等TMS治疗禁忌症; 4.合并癫痫病史; 5.经实验室检验、检查发现合并有严重心、肺、肝、肾等系统性疾病且常规用药无法控制的患者; 6.合并严重失语(NIHSS语言项≥2分)、构音障碍(NIHSS构音项≥2分)、认知障碍(MMSE评分≤20分)、耳聋等以至无法配合治疗及评估者; 7.存在严重抑郁、焦虑状态的患者,或诊断有其他精神疾病的患者; 8.存在酗酒或药物等滥用史; 9.正在参加其他临床研究试验者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Neurological impairment, restriction of lower limb activity, mutilation, joint swelling, contracture, severe pain or other lower limb disorders caused by stroke, brain tumor, brain trauma, fracture, and other diseases caused by bilateral hemispheres or supratentorial lesions; 2. The MAS scores of hip, knee, ankle, and toe muscle tension of the affected lower extremity are >= 3; 3. Patients with pacemakers, cochlear implants, or other metallic foreign bodies and any electronic devices implanted in the body are contraindicated for TMS treatment; 4. History of epilepsy; 5. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, and other systemic diseases that conventional drugs could not control were found through laboratory tests and examinations; 6. Patients with severe aphasia (NIHSS speech item >= 2 points), dyslexia (NIHSS phonology item >= 2 points), cognitive impairment (MMSE score <= 20 points), deafness, etc., can not cooperate with treatment and evaluation; 7. Patients with severe depression, anxiety, or a diagnosis of another mental illness; 8. A history of alcohol or drug abuse; 9. Participate in other clinical research trials. |

The researchers fill in the case record form truthfully, and the paper materials are kept by specially-assigned counters. The data are input into the corresponding database system in a timely, complete and correct manner. The two-person and two-machine input is adopted, and then the database is compared twice.
