纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

体重指数（BMI）>35、哮喘史、COPD病史、四周内有肺部症状或感染、一年内激素治疗史

Exclusion criteria：

body mass index greater than 35 kg cm-2, history of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory symptoms or infections in the last four weeks, and corticosteroid therapy in the last year
