研究目的：

利用科室种植中心技术优势和丰富的病例资源，应用手术模拟规划、数字化设计制作、三维打印等信息化医学技术，完成新一代数字化复叠式口腔种植手术导板系统的设计定型并验证其精准度及先进性，建立新一代数字化复叠式口腔种植手术导板系统的制作和使用规范，以解决现有技术中由于传统口腔种植导板单一、不能承载复杂手术而导致的难以连续对口腔内进行多次种植手术的问题。

To take advantage of the technical advantages of the Department planting center and rich case resources, and applies information-based medical technologies such as surgical simulation planning, digital design and production, three-dimensional printing, etc. to complete the design and finalization of the new generation of digital overlapped dental implant surgery guide system, verify its accuracy and progressiveness, and establish the production and use specifications of the new generation of digital overlapped dental implant surgery guide system, In order to solve the problem that in the prior art, it is difficult to carry out multiple implant operations in the mouth continuously because the traditional oral implant guide plate is single and cannot carry out complex operations.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.局部牙槽骨有病理性改变；口腔黏膜病变；缺牙区有严重软组织病变；张口受限；缺牙区骨量和骨密度不理想且改变困难者； 2.心脏疾病(Ⅱ级和Ⅱ级以上心功能疾病)；肝、肾功能异常(ALT、AST＞正常值1.5倍；糖尿病患者，血糖控制不佳，空腹血糖＞8.8mmol/L；)凝血时间检查大于正常值范围两倍者； 3.全身感染或者伴有急性或者严重的感染，白细胞计数＞10×10^9/L者； 4.使用可能影响软硬组织愈合的药物,如长期使用镇静催眠药(连续使用3个月以上)、长期使用非甾体类消炎药或肾上腺皮质激素(连续使用3个月以上)、正在或近3个月内曾接受可能影响或促进骨代谢的药物治疗的患者； 5.患有血液系统疾病及心血管疾病未控制者（高血压＞180/100mmHg、冠心病、先心病等）； 6.系统或局部的骨性疾病被认为是种植修复的禁忌症，如骨结核、骨炎、骨肿瘤等； 7.妊娠期以及哺乳期妇女； 8.患有系统免疫性疾病者； 9.患有严重的癫痫或者精神性疾病或者心理障碍者； 10.金属材料过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Local alveolar bone has pathological changes; Oral mucosal lesions; Serious soft tissue lesions in the edentulous area; Limited mouth opening; The bone mass and bone density in the edentulous area are not ideal and difficult to change; 2. Heart disease (grade II and above heart function disease); Abnormal liver and kidney functions (ALT, AST > 1.5 times the normal value; poor blood glucose control in patients with diabetes, fasting blood glucose > 8.8mmol/L;) Coagulation time is greater than twice the normal range; 3. Systemic infection or acute or severe infection, leukocyte count > 10 × 10^9/L; 4. Use drugs that may affect the healing of soft and hard tissues, such as long-term use of sedative hypnotics (continuous use for more than 3 months), long-term use of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or adrenocortical hormones (continuous use for more than 3 months), and patients who have received drugs that may affect or promote bone metabolism within or nearly 3 months; 5. Patients with blood system diseases and uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases (hypertension > 180/100mmhg, coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, etc.); 6. Systemic or local bone diseases are considered as contraindications of implant repair, such as bone tuberculosis, osteoinflammation, bone tumor, etc; 7. Pregnant and lactating women; 8. People with systemic immune diseases; 9. Suffering from serious epilepsy or mental disease or mental disorder; 10. People who are allergic to metal materials.
