研究目的：

本研究分析旨在非瓣膜性房颤患者体内血浆ADMA水平与CHA2DS2-VASc评分之间的关系。探讨预测NVAF患者CHA2DS2-VASc评分的潜在生物因素。为临床诊断提供一定的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the relationship between plasma ADMA levels and CHA2DS2-VASc scores in patients with non valvular atrial fibrillation. Exploring potential biological factors for predicting CHA2DS2-VASc scores in NVAF patients. Provide a certain theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis.

No drugs and treatment involved

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：恶性肿瘤、血液系统疾病、肝肾功能不全、妊娠或感染的患者，排除患有瓣膜疾病的受试者，包括风湿性心脏病、人工心脏瓣膜或既往瓣膜修复和中度至重度二尖瓣或主动脉瓣狭窄或返流。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: patients with malignant tumors, hematologic disorders, hepatic or renal insufficiency, pregnancy, or infections, and exclusion of subjects with valvular disorders, including rheumatic heart disease, prosthetic heart valves or previous valve repairs, and moderate to severe mitral or aortic stenosis or regurgitation.
