研究目的：

1.了解AD婴幼儿皮肤和肠道微生物组（16s和宏基因组）特点，包括：微生物种类和数量的特点与差异；菌群功能的特点与差异；以及菌群中微生物功能基因的表达特点与差异。 2.了解AD婴幼儿皮肤、肠道和尿液代谢组学（非靶向和靶向）特点，包括代谢物种类和含量以及相关代谢通路的变化特点与差异。 3.了解AD婴幼儿粪便宏蛋白质组学特点，包括菌群蛋白种类和含量以及相关的代谢通路的变化特点与差异。 4.进行多组学关联分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the characteristics of skin and intestinal microflora (16s and macrogenomes) of infants with AD, including the of the characteristics and differences of diversities and richness of microorganisms, the functional characteristics and differences of microflora, and characteristics and differences of the expression microbial functional genes in the flora. 2. To understand the characteristics of metabonomics of skin, intestine and urine (non-targeting and targeting) in infants with AD, including the types and contents of metabolites and the changes and differences of related metabolic pathways. 3. To understand the characteristics of macroproteomics in the feces of infants with AD, including the types and contents of bacterial proteins and the changes and differences of related metabolic pathways. 4. Multi-group association analysis was carried out.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 病例组：符合以下任一标准的个体将从本试验中排除：（1）胃肠道症状或疾病；（2）4周内接受过全身或者局部抗生素、抗真菌药、全身类固醇激素、全身免疫抑制剂、益生菌制剂（包括益生菌粉、酸奶和饮料）、益生元制剂、泻药、止泻药等；（3）合并其他皮肤疾病；（4）就诊前12小时内沐浴；（5）目前正在参与其他项目研究。 2: 对照组：符合以下任一标准的个体将从本试验中排除： （1）胃肠道症状或疾病； （2）4周内接受过全身或者局部抗生素、抗真菌药、全身类固醇激素、全身免疫抑制剂、益生菌制剂（包括益生菌粉、酸奶和饮料）、益生元制剂、泻药、止泻药等； （3）患有特应性皮炎及其他皮肤疾病； （4）体检前12小时内沐浴； 目前正在参与其他项目研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Case group:Individuals who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from this trial: (1) gastrointestinal symptoms or diseases (2) Received systemic or local antibiotics, antifungal drugs, systemic steroid hormones, systemic immunosuppressants, probiotic preparations (including probiotic powder, yogurt and drinks), prebiotic preparations, laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, etc., within 4 weeks (3) combined with other skin diseases (4) Shower within 12 hours before seeing a doctor (5) Currently participating in other project research. Control group:Individuals who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from this trial: (1) gastrointestinal symptoms or diseases (2) Received systemic or local antibiotics, antifungal drugs, systemic steroid hormones, systemic immunosuppressants, probiotic preparations (including probiotic powder, yogurt and drinks), prebiotic preparations, laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, etc., within 4 weeks (3) suffering from atopic dermatitis and other skin diseases (4) Shower within 12 hours before physical examination (5) Currently participating in other project research.
