研究目的：

评价经皮等离子椎间盘减压术（PPDD）和脉冲射频术（PRF）通过下颈椎入路在治疗上肢根性疼痛、改善颈椎功能的同时，缓解上颈椎病变引起的颈源性头痛症状的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of percutaneous plasma disc decompression (PPDD) and pulse radiofrequency(PRF) for relieving cervicogenic headache symptoms caused by upper cervical spine lesions through a lower cervical surgical approach ,while treating upper extremity radicular pain and improving cervical function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并游离椎间盘、严重椎管狭窄和纤维环钙化、后纵韧带骨化、腕管综合征、肩周炎； 2.合并截瘫或部分瘫痪、颈椎骨折或脱位、颈椎不稳； 3.在计划手术阶段有手术史，无法忍受治疗过程或有手术禁忌症； 4. 有明显社会心理疾病，沟通障碍的患者； 5. 经研究者评估其他不适合参与研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combination of free disc, severe spinal stenosis and calcification of the fibrous annulus, ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament, carpal tunnel syndrome, and frozen shoulder; 2. Combination of paraplegia or partial paralysis, cervical fracture or dislocation, and cervical instability; 3.History of surgery during the planned surgical phase, inability to tolerate the course of treatment or contraindications to surgery; 4. Patients with significant psychosocial disorders, communication disorders; 5.Other patients assessed by the investigator as unsuitable for participation.
