研究目的：

1. 完成高质量的TaTME手术； 2. 完成高质量的La-TME手术； 3. 本课题用经肛门全直肠系膜切除术（ TaTME） 手术与传统的腹腔镜辅助全直肠系膜切除术（LaTME）进行临床前瞻性的随机对照研究。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To complete high-quality TaTME surgery; 2. To complete high-quality LaTME surgery; 3. A prospective randomized controlled clinical study between TaTME operation and traditional laparoscopic assisted total mesorectal excision (LaTME).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往其他腹部手术史者； 2.复发性直肠癌者； 3.T4 肿瘤或 MRI 显示 CRM 阳性； 4.侵犯肛缘等明确需行腹会阴联合切除术（Miles）； 5.不能坚持随访或依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of other abdominal surgeries; 2. Recurrent rectal cancer patients; 3. T4 tumor or MRI showing positive CRM; 4. Invasion of the anal margin and other clear indications require combined abdominal and perineal resection (Miles); 5. Those who cannot adhere to follow-up or have poor compliance.
