研究目的：

本研究基于VR技术，探索不同视觉反馈策略下的上肢康复训练和认知训练过程中大脑的表现以及神经活动关联性，从而深入理解不同视觉反馈策略下的神经可塑性机制，进而为VR康复训练的内容设计提供依据，有望实现更加有效的神经康复效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on VR technology, this study explores the brain performance and neural activity correlation during upper limb rehabilitation training and cognitive training with different visual feedback strategies, so as to gain a deeper understanding of the neuroplasticity mechanism under different visual feedback strategies, and then provide a basis for the content design of VR rehabilitation training, which is expected to achieve a more effective neurorehabilitation effect.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

健康受试者： 1.患有其他影响认知功能的神经性疾病者； 2.患有情绪或心理疾病等影响认知功能的疾病者； 3.有理解障碍、视力障碍、听力障碍、完全性失语及严重认知障碍者； 4.正在接受其他临床中枢神经干预的患者。 脑卒中患者： 1.既往有脑卒中病史，脑外伤史，脑肿瘤史； 2.并发严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍或其他严重躯体疾病； 3.视路受损，立体视觉功能异常等。 4.出现新的梗死灶或继发性出血，病情恶化者。

Exclusion criteria：

Healthy subjects: 1. Individuals with other neurological disorders that affect cognitive function; 2. Individuals with emotional or psychological disorders that affect cognitive function; 3. Individuals with comprehension disorders, visual impairment, hearing impairment, complete aphasia, and severe cognitive impairment; 4. Patients undergoing other clinical central nervous system interventions. Stroke patients: 1. Previous history of stroke, traumatic brain injury, or brain tumor; 2. Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; 3. Impaired visual pathway, abnormal stereo vision function, etc. 4. Those who have new infarcts or secondary bleeding, and their condition worsens.
