研究目的:

1.研发基于双手光学图片及热成像图片的手关节炎智能采集及评估系统; 2.依据手关节炎关节受累模式、指甲光学图片、血液学炎症及自身抗体检测结果,并基于先进的可信机器学习模型,研发涵盖常见手关节炎(如类风湿关节炎、骨关节炎、银屑病关节炎、未分化关节炎)的智能化诊断模型; 3.基于Web系统,开发一款基于智能化诊断评估模型的在线实时远程诊断及评估软件。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To develop an intelligent acquisition and evaluation system for hand arthritis based on optical and thermal images of hands; 2. To develop an intelligent diagnostic model covering common hand arthritis (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, undifferentiated arthritis) via advanced and trusted machine learning models based on joint involvement patterns, nail optical images, hematologic inflammation and autoantibody test results; 3. Based on Web system, an online real-time remote diagnosis and evaluation software based on intelligent diagnosis and evaluation model is developed.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.双手曾局部外伤; 2.双手目前存在活动性感染; 3.双手目前局部绷带包扎; 4.其他影响双手局部热成像信息采集的情况(如局部化妆); 5.双手光学照片、热成像图片、手关节超声、血液学(红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白等)结果不全。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Local trauma to either hand; 2. Active infection is present in either hand; 3. Either hand is now partially bandaged; 4. Other conditions that affect the acquisition of local thermal imaging information of either hand (such as local makeup); 5. Hand optical photographs, thermal images, joint ultrasound, hematology (erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, etc.) results are incomplete.
