研究目的：

1.观察母亲在妊娠晚期和哺乳期食用罗伊氏乳杆菌Fn041预防婴幼儿特应性皮炎的效果； 2.探明母亲在哺乳期食用罗伊氏乳杆菌Fn041后，罗伊氏乳杆菌Fn041传递到母乳和婴儿肠道的效率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To assess the efficiency of maternal consumption with Lactobacillus reuteri Fn041 in preventing infant AD during late pregnancy and lactation; 2. To identify the efficiency of Lactobacillus reuteri Fn041 to transfer from the mother's gut to breast milk and the infant's gut after oral supplementation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄低于16岁； 2.多胎妊娠； 3.已知胎儿异常； 4.母体免疫缺陷，或正在服用免疫抑制剂； 5.患有心脏瓣膜疾病； 6.近一月内使用抗生素； 7.有移植或人类免疫缺陷病毒的病史； 8.长期连续服用或入院前正在使用或打算使用益生菌； 9.体外受精妊娠； 10.以前曾与孩子一起参加研究； 11.由于任何其他医学原因而被认为不适合纳入研究； 12.妊娠糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant woman aged < 16 years; 2. Multiple pregnancies; 3. Known fetal abnormalities; 4. Maternal immune deficiency or orally taking immunosuppressive drugs; 5. Suffering from heart valve disease or immunodeficiency; 6. Using antibiotics within one month; 7. With a history of transplantation or HIV; 8. Long term continuous use or ongoing use or intending to use probiotics before admission; 9. External fertilization pregnancy; 10. Previously participated in researches; 11. Deemed unsuitable for inclusion in the study due to any other medical reasons; 12. With gestational diabetes.
