研究目的：

选择行CT引导下肝肿瘤射频消融术的年龄≥18岁的患者，30例，肝肿瘤患者术前在超声引导下T8节段进行胸膜外间隙不同层次罗哌卡因肋间阻滞，超声引导下能识别肋间内肌和肋间最内肌患者需在肋间内肌和肋间最内肌之间注射0.375%罗哌卡因注射液40ml，无法识别肋间最内肌患者行0.375%罗哌卡因注射液40ml胸膜下压肋间神经阻滞，2组超声引导下患者皮肤感觉阻滞范围、CT下三维重建药物的扩散范围，纵向查看扩散的节段，找出不同阻滞点药物扩散的规律以及不同体位的药物扩散范围的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Thirty patients aged ≥ 18 years old who underwent radiofrequency ablation of liver tumors under CT guidance were selected. Before the operation of liver tumors, ultrasound guided Ropivacaine block at different levels in the extrapleural space was performed at T8 segment. Patients who can identify Internal intercostal muscles and intercostal innermost muscles under ultrasound guidance need to inject 0.375% Ropivacaine injection 40ml between Internal intercostal muscles and intercostal innermost muscles, Patients who could not identify the innermost intercostal muscles were subjected to 0.375% Ropivacaine injection 40ml under pleural pressure intercostal nerve block, the skin sensory block range of patients under ultrasound guidance, the diffusion range of Iterative reconstruction drugs under CT, and the diffusion segments were viewed longitudinally, identify the patterns of drug diffusion at different blocking points and study the drug diffusion range at different postures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 对麻醉药物过敏； 2. 长期使用阿片类药物； 3. 穿刺部位感染； 4. 沟通困难； 5. 碘造影剂过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to narcotic drugs; 2. Long-term use of opioids; 3. Infection of puncture site; 4. Communication difficulties; 5. Iodine contrast agent allergy.
