评价参芪地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病肾病气阴两伤证的有效性、安全性及对铁死亡的调节作用  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in treating Qi-yin injury syndrome of type 2 diabetic nephropathy and its regulation effect on ferroptosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒等糖尿病急性并发症者；⑵合并感染、休克、出血、严重脱水、烧伤、等急性损伤应激者；⑶伴有恶性肿瘤、严重心肝脑肾疾病者；⑷妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；⑸有原发性肾病或其他原因继发肾病者；⑹伴有结缔组织病、风湿性疾患等免疫系统疾患者；⑺对本研究相关药物过敏或存在药物禁忌者；(8)近三月使用GLP-1 Ra或DPP-4抑制剂者；(9)正在或 4 周内参加其他临床试验的受试者；(10)认知障碍或依从性差、无法随访或精神疾患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with acute diabetic complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis; (2) Patients with acute injury stress such as infection, shock, bleeding, severe dehydration, burn, etc. (3) Patients with malignant tumors and serious heart, liver, brain and kidney diseases; (4) Pregnant and lactating women; (5) People with primary kidney disease or secondary kidney disease for other reasons; (6) Patients with immune system diseases such as connective tissue diseases and rheumatic diseases; ⑺ Allergic to or contraindicated with the drugs related to this study; (8) Use of GLP-1 Ra or DPP-4 inhibitors in the last three months; (9) Participants who are participating in or within 4 weeks of another clinical trial; (10) Cognitive impairment or poor compliance, inability to follow up, or mental illness.
