研究目的：

本研究拟通过分析比较早期或延迟给予肠内营养、给予短肽类肠内营养或整蛋白型营养制剂之间肠粘膜屏障恢复情况、器官功能预后以及住院费用、病死率等的差异，找到更适合我国重症急性胰腺炎患者的营养支持方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This paper through the analysis and comparison of early or delayed enteral nutrition, enteral nutrition is given short peptides or whole protein nutrition intestinal mucosal barrier recovery difference, organ function and prognosis of hospitalization and mortality, to find a more suitable method of nutritional support in severe acute pancreatitis patients in our country.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

研究对象排除标准：发病至就诊时间超过72小时；发病前存在严重基础疾病，如免疫缺陷、恶性肿瘤患者；慢性胰腺炎急性发作者；孕妇；不能或不愿合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria: onset to treatment time more than 72 hours before the onset; have serious underlying diseases, such as malignant tumor patients with immunodeficiency, chronic pancreatitis; acute attack; pregnant women; unable or unwilling to partner.
