排除标准：

医疗单位： 1.不能通过伦理考试； 2.无法接受定期培训； 3.无法推广和应用新的预防和控制系统。患者： 1.怀孕或哺乳期妇女； 2.罹患严重智力障碍或躯体疾病； 3.其他不适宜纳入研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Member unit: 1. Unable to pass ethics; 2. Unable to receive regular training; 3. Unable to promote and apply new prevention and control systems. Patient: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Suffering from severe intellectual disabilities or physical illnesses; 3. Other situations that are not suitable for inclusion in the study.
