研究目的：

自体牙移植术前通过计算机虚拟模拟供牙位置，设计手术导板，3D打印手术导板及供牙，术中使用数字化导板，降低自体牙移植手术操作难度吗，缩短手术时间，简化手术流程，手术更加微创精准，提高自体牙移植的成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

Translation: Prior to autogenous tooth transplantation, computer virtual simulation is used to determine the optimal tooth position, design the surgical guide, and 3D print both the surgical guide and the donor tooth. During the surgery, a digital guide is utilized to reduce the complexity of the autogenous tooth transplantation procedure, shorten the operation time, simplify the surgical process, achieve a more minimally invasive and precise surgery, and improve the success rate of autogenous tooth transplantation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 供牙本身存在严重病变或畸形，如牙周附着丧失过多（超过 1/2）、牙根过度弯曲（除去弯曲根尖的根长小于牙冠高度）或者根分叉过大（分叉根之间距离超过受牙区近远中径和颊舌径）； 2. 受牙区宽度、高度以及与对颌牙的颌龈距离相比供牙牙冠明显不足（差值大于 2 mm），受牙区牙槽骨有明显缺损、畸形或病变，骨壁小于原骨壁高度或宽度的 1/3； 3. 患者有严重的口腔或基础疾病，尤其是重度牙周炎、骨代谢疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The donor tooth itself has severe pathology or deformities, such as excessive loss of periodontal attachment (more than 1/2), excessive root curvature (when the length of the curved root, excluding the curved root apex, is smaller than the crown height), or excessive root divergence (when the distance between divergent roots exceeds the mesiodistal and buccolingual dimensions of the recipient site); 2.The recipient site lacks adequate width, height, and gingival distance compared to the antagonist tooth, with a noticeable deficiency in crown size (a difference greater than 2 mm). The recipient site's alveolar bone shows significant defects, deformities, or pathologies, with bone walls measuring less than one-third of the original bone wall height or width; 3.The patient has severe oral or systemic diseases, especially severe periodontitis, bone metabolic disorders, etc.
