研究目的：

探讨吲哚箐绿荧光成像在对继发性淋巴水肿行淋巴管静脉吻合手术中的应用价值，进而帮助临床手术安全实施并减少并发症，为临床医师提供理想的淋巴水肿手术治疗模式。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application value of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in Lymphatic vessel vein anastomosis for secondary lymphedema, so as to help clinical surgery implement safely and reduce complications, and provide clinicians with an ideal surgical treatment mode for lymphedema.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.碘过敏实验阳性； 2.依从性差，不能按研究方案进行治疗； 3.不能按期完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Positive iodine allergy test; 2. Poor compliance and inability to treat according to the research protocol; 3. Failure to complete follow-up on schedule.

前瞻性、连续性入组收住我科拟行淋巴管静脉吻合术患者。前40例为吲哚箐绿组，后40例为对照组。入组人员筛选由课题组成员完成。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Prospective and continuous admission to our department to Lymphatic vessel vein anastomosis patients. The first 40 cases were in the indocyanine green group, while the last 40 cases were in the control group. The selection of participants is completed by the members of the research group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	患者就诊后由课题组一名副主任医师判断是否符合入组条件，入组后由课题组内主管医生完善患肢周径测量、人体成分分析、ICG造影、生活质量评分等术前资料采集后，进行淋巴管静脉吻合手术，术中由课题组手术成员采集术中资料，术后再次由主管医师完善患肢周径测量、人体成分分析、ICG造影、生活质量评分等的采集工作。患者出院前由住院医师登记联系方式并进行宣教，术后定期复查及随访。术后半年主管医师再次对入组患者进行数据采集及管理，最后整理数据，进行统计分析。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	After the patient has visited the hospital, a deputy Chief physician of the research group will judge whether the patient meets the conditions for enrollment. After enrollment, the chief physician of the research group will complete the preoperative data collection of the limb circumference measurement, body composition analysis, ICG angiography, quality of life scoring, etc., and then perform the Lymphatic vessel vein anastomosis operation. During the operation, the operating members of the research group will collect the intraoperative data. After the operation, the chief physician will complete the limb circumference measurement, body composition analysis, ICG angiography Collection of quality of life scores, etc. Before the patient is discharged, the resident physician will register their contact information and provide education. Regular postoperative follow-up and follow-up will be conducted. Half a year after the surgery, the supervising physician collected and managed the data of the enrolled patients again, and finally organized the data for statistical analysis.
