研究目的：

主要目的：探讨不同禁食时间择期手术患者中心静脉管理情况，包括麻醉诱导前后颈内静脉血管内径（ID）、横截面面积（CSA）、与颈总动脉相邻关系、颈内静脉穿刺次数、穿刺时间、穿刺成功率及是否需要超声引导的比较。次要目的：探讨不同禁食时间择期手术患者基本生命体征，以及穿破颈动脉致血肿、穿刺致气胸、穿刺致感染、穿刺致空气栓塞、穿刺致心律失常、穿刺致神经损伤等不良事件发生率的比较。

Objectives of Study：

Major objective: to investigate the central vein management in patients undergoing elective surgery with different fasting times, including the comparison of internal jugular vein diameter (ID), cross-sectional area (CSA), the relationship between internal jugular vein and common carotid artery before and after anesthesia induction, the number of internal jugular vein puncture, puncture time, puncture success rate and whether ultrasound guidance is required. Secondary objective: To explore the basic vital signs of patients undergoing elective surgery at different fasting times, and to compare the incidence of adverse events such as hematoma caused by carotid artery puncture, pneumothorax caused by puncture, infection caused by puncture, air embolism caused by puncture, arrhythmia caused by puncture, and nerve damage caused by puncture.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

穿刺或观察目标中心静脉栓塞；凝血功能异常；穿刺部位肿瘤、感染、瘢痕；麻醉前已发生的休克。

Exclusion criteria：

Puncture or observe the target central vein embolism; Abnormal coagulation function; Puncture site tumor, infection, scar; Shock that has occurred before anesthesia.
