研究目的:

通过异体乳牙牙髓干细胞和根尖牙乳头干细胞植入牙髓腔中实现牙髓再生以及牙齿感觉和功能的恢复,有望获得比常规根管治疗更好的疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

Stem cells from allogeneic exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED) and stem cells from apical papilla (SCAP) implanted into the pulp cavity of deciduous teeth are expected to achieve the regeneration of pulp and the restoration of tooth sensation and function, which is better than conventional root canal treatment.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 研究者判断研究对象不太可能遵守研究程序; 2. 口腔内存在不可控制的病理过程; 3. 牙齿咬合创伤、磨牙症、错颌畸形; 4. 患牙伴发根尖囊肿; 5. 牙齿发育异常遗传性疾病史; 6. 心脏疾病(即II级和II级以上心功能疾病); 7. 肝肾功能异常(肝ALT、AST值异常;或肌酐、尿素氮值超1倍以上); 8. 血液系统或免疫系统疾病; 9. 各类传染性疾病; 10. 精神异常无行为自主能力; 11. 严重牙科恐惧症; 12. 过敏性体质患者; 13. 育龄期妇女; 14. 研究者认定全身或局部疾病可能影响术后愈合; 15. 参与研究的计划制定及执行者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The researcher determines that the study subject is unlikely to comply with the research procedures. 2. Uncontrollable pathological processes in the oral cavity. 3. Tooth occlusal trauma, bruxism, malocclusion. 4. The affected tooth accompanied by periapical cyst. 5. History of hereditary dental developmental disorders. 6. Cardiac diseases (Class II and above heart functional disorders). 7. Abnormal liver or kidney function (abnormal ALT, AST values; or creatinine, blood urea nitrogen values more than double the normal range). 8. Blood or immune system disorders. 9. Various infectious diseases. 10. Mental abnormalities or lack of behavioral autonomy. 11. Severe dental phobia. 12. Patients with hypersensitivity. 13. Women of childbearing age. 14. The researcher determines that systemic or local diseases may affect postoperative healing. 15. Planners and executors involved in the study.
