研究目的：

1.明确国内后循环系统大血管闭塞性卒中形成的流行病学、危险因素、病因学、治疗方式及治疗效果。 2.观察后循环系统大血管闭塞性卒中短期和长期功能预后并尝试探寻相关影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the epidemiology, risk factors, etiology, treatment methods and therapeutic effects of large vascular occlusive stroke of the posterior circulatory system in China; 2. To observe the short-term and long-term functional prognosis of posterior circulatory large vessel occlusive stroke and explore the related influencing factors.

排除因各种原因导致动脉穿刺无法成功，手术无法进行。

Exclusion criteria：

It was ruled out that the arterial puncture could not be successful for various reasons, and the operation could not be carried out.
