研究目的：

分析呼吸肌训练对卒中后吞咽障碍人群吞咽功能和呼吸功能的影响，探讨卒中后吞咽障碍患者适宜的呼吸肌训练强度，以便为卒中后吞咽障碍患者提供新的康复治疗措施。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the impact of respiratory muscle training on the swallowing function and respiratory function in stroke patients with dysphagia, explore the appropriate intensity of respiratory muscle training for stroke patients with dysphagia, so as to provide new rehabilitation treatment measures for stroke patients with dysphagia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 蛛网膜下腔出血、脑出血血肿未吸收、进展型脑卒中、复发性卒中； 2. 有癫痫发作史者； 3. 既往口咽部疾病或手术（如手术或放疗）史； 4. 评估时有气管切开、插管的患者； 5. 先前存在可能影响吞咽的神经退行性疾病：例如阿尔茨海默病、其他认知功能障碍、帕金森病或多系统萎缩等； 6. 既往有慢性呼吸疾病：如慢性阻塞性肺病、支气管哮喘等； 7. 合并心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器严重疾病者； 8. 精神障碍或严重认知功能障碍不配合检查治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, unabsorbed hematoma, progressive stroke, recurrent stroke; 2. People with a history of Seizure; 3. Previous history of oropharyngeal diseases or surgeries (such as surgery or radiotherapy); 4. Patients who underwent tracheotomy or intubation during evaluation; 5. Previous neurological Degenerative disease that may affect swallowing: such as Alzheimer's disease, other cognitive dysfunction, Parkinson's disease or multiple system atrophy; 6. Past chronic respiratory diseases: such as Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, etc; 7. Those with severe diseases of important organs such as the heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys; 8. Patients with mental disorders or severe cognitive impairment who do not cooperate with examination and treatment.
