研究目的:

本研究拟通过联合微生物组、宏转录组和代谢组等多组学技术研究超分子水杨酸对痤疮毛囊皮损中痤疮丙酸杆菌及微生物菌群结构、功能和代谢的影响,探索超分子水杨酸治疗痤疮的新机制,同时为痤疮的生态防治筛选具有潜在抗痤疮丙酸杆菌活性的小分子代谢物。  

Objectives of Study:

This study intends to study the effects of supramolecular salicylic acid on the structure, function and metabolism of Propionibacterium acnes and microbial flora in acne hair follicle lesions by combining multi-omics technologies such as microbiome, metatranscriptome and metabolome, and to explore supramolecular A new mechanism of salicylic acid for the treatment of acne, and screening of small molecule metabolites with potential anti-Propionibacterium acnes activity for the ecological control of acne.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)患有基础疾病如糖尿病、高血压、甲状腺功能亢进、自身免疫性疾病者; (2)治疗前1个月内口服治疗痤疮药物(抗生素、避孕药和糖皮质激素等)者; (3)治疗前6个月内口服维A酸者; (4)治疗前2周内局部外用抗痤疮药物(抗生素、中药、维甲酸等)治疗者; (5)近3月内使用过果酸、壬二酸制剂及进行过光电治疗者; (6)面部合并有其它皮肤病如鳞状细胞癌、基底细胞癌、黑素细胞瘤等; (7)因其他疾病正在服用免疫抑制剂者; (8)确诊患有脂溢-痤疮-多毛-雄激素源性脱发综合征、毛囊闭锁三联征、多囊卵巢综合征等与痤疮相关综合征患者; (9)已知对水杨酸过敏者; (10)怀孕、正处于哺乳期或近期有备孕计划的妇女; (11)具有瘢痕体质的患者或有皮肤愈合障碍病史; (12)不能坚持完成4次治疗或不按规定时间随访的患者; (13)治疗部位有任何种类的开放性撕裂或擦伤; (14)治疗区单纯疱疹发作其的患者; (15)其它临床医师依据具体情况判断不适宜做超分子水杨酸治疗者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) People with underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, and autoimmune diseases; (2) Oral acne treatment drugs (antibiotics, contraceptives and glucocorticoids, etc.) within 1 month before treatment; (3) Those who took vitamin A acid orally within 6 months before treatment; (4) Topical anti-acne drugs (antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicine, retinoic acid, etc.) within 2 weeks before treatment; (5) Those who have used fruit acid, azelaic acid preparations and photoelectric therapy in the past 3 months; (6) The face is combined with other skin diseases such as squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, melanoma, etc.; (7) Those who are taking immunosuppressants for other diseases; (8) Patients diagnosed with acne-related syndromes such as seborrheic-acne-hirsutism-androgenetic alopecia syndrome, follicular atresia triad, and polycystic ovary syndrome; (9) Those who are known to be allergic to salicylic acid; (10) Women who are pregnant, breast-feeding or have plans to prepare for pregnancy in the near future; (11) Patients with scar constitution or a history of skin healing disorders; (12) Patients who cannot insist on completing 4 treatments or do not follow up according to the prescribed time; (13) Any kind of open tear or abrasion at the treatment site; (14) Patients with herpes simplex outbreaks in the treatment area; (15) Other clinicians judge that it is not suitable for supramolecular salicylic acid treatment according to the specific situation.
