研究目的:

1. 构建超重或肥胖KOA受试者的针对腹肌,臀肌,股四头肌和腘绳肌四大肌群,以渐进式分阶段抗阻运动为核心的运动干预方案。 2. 评价超重或肥胖KOA受试者进式分阶段抗阻运动干预方案的效果。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To construct an exercise intervention program for overweight or obese KOA subjects, focusing on the four major muscle groups of abdominal muscles, gluteal muscles, quadriceps and hamstrings, with progressive phased resistance exercise as the core. 2. To evaluate the effect of the progressive phased resistance exercise intervention program for overweight or obese KOA subjects.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 严重的共病性疾病,可能妨碍安全参与干预; 2. 膝关节有急性损伤史; 3. 不愿意或不能改变运动行为; 4. 患有严重认知障碍或抑郁; 5. 在没有手杖或其他辅助设备的情况下无法行走; 6. 正在参与其他干预性研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Severe comorbidities that may hinder safe participation in the intervention; 2. History of acute knee injury; 3. Unwilling or unable to change exercise behavior; 4. Suffering from severe cognitive impairment or depression; 5. Unable to walk without a cane or other assistive devices; 6. Currently participating in other intervention studies.

采用随机数字法将研究对象随机分到3个组,由研究小组之外的人员通过EXCEL软件产生随机数字,并对随机数字进行排序,将排序值写到纸上,放入不透明信封中,交给研究者,并提前规定抽到信封内的数字除以3,余数为1的是对照组,余数为2的是干预组1,余数为0的是干预组2。

The subjects were randomly divided into three groups using the random number method. Random numbers were generated by computer by personnel outside the research team, and the random numbers were sorted. The sorted values ​​were written on paper, put into an opaque envelope, and handed to the researcher. 采用测评者盲法,由不知具体分组情况的测评人员进行研究对象一般资料和各项测评指标的收集。测评人员只参与一般资料和各个时点结局指标的收集,在整个干预和随访过程中一直保持盲的状态,避免发生测量偏倚。

Blinding:

Using the evaluator blind method, the evaluators who do not know the specific group situation collect the general information of the research object and various evaluation indicators. Evaluators only participated in the collection of general data and outcome indicators at various time points, and remained blind throughout the intervention and follow-up to avoid measurement bias.
