研究目的：

探讨间歇性θ波爆发刺激双靶点刺激对亚急性脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复的疗效的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of intermittent theta burst stimulation on upper limb function recovery in subacute stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重骨关节及肌肉疾患； 2.肝、肾等严重危及生命的疾病及精神病患者； 3.不接受治疗方案者； 4.目前正在参加其他临床试验者； 5.有多发性脑损伤史、其他相关神经系统疾病、外周感觉功能障碍或精神疾病史，包括药物和酒精滥用； 6.同时接受上肢治疗，有iTBS禁忌症，并且正在使用可能影响皮质兴奋性的药物的参与者也被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious bone, joint and muscle disorders; 2. Liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases and mental patients; 3. Those who do not accept the treatment plan; 4. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 5. A history of multiple brain injury, other related neurological disorders, peripheral sensory dysfunction, or psychiatric disorders, including drug and alcohol abuse; 6. Participants who were also receiving upper limb therapy, had contraindications to iTBS, and were using medications that could affect cortical excitability were also excluded.
