纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肠道准备不足； 2.无法配合检查的患者； 3.结肠镜检查前有结肠切除术、回肠袋吻合术、结肠造口术、回肠造口术或其他肠道切除术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Inadequate bowel preparation; 2.Patients who are unable to cooperate with the examination; 3.Patients with colectomy, ileal pouch anastomosis, colostomy, ileostomy, or other bowel resection prior to colonoscopy.

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Expert consensus, biopsy pathology, and follow-up. Endoscopic scoring criteria were the Ulcerative Colitis Endoscopic Severity Index and the Mayo Endoscopy Score.

收集溃疡性结肠炎内镜图像和视频，用于人工智能模型的训练与测试。实现内镜自动评分，实现溃疡性结肠炎的组织学缓解的自动诊断。

Index test:

Collection of endoscopic images and videos of ulcerative colitis for training and testing of artificial intelligence models. Implementing automatic endoscopic scoring for automated diagnosis of histologic remission of ulcerative colitis.

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

患有溃疡性结肠炎行结肠镜检查的人群。前瞻性收集100例左右。回顾性数据以实际为准。
