研究目的:

通过4周认知-步行双任务和运动-步行双任务训练,比较两种不同类型双任务训练对脑卒中亚急性期患者步态、平衡功能和跌倒风险的影响,明确哪种类型双任务训练更有效,并试图从下肢动作控制、大脑资源分配和脑功能网络重塑角度探讨不同类型双任务训练的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study:

To compare the effects of two different types of dual-task training on gait, balance function and fall risk in patients with subacute stroke. through 4-week cognitive-walking dual task training and exercise-walking dual task training, clarify which type of dual task training is more effective, and try to explore the mechanism of different types of dual task training from the perspectives of lower limb motor control, brain resource allocation and brain function network remodeling.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.除脑卒中外,任何可能妨碍步行训练的共病或残疾; 2.严重听力、视力障碍,失语无法完成训练的患者; 3.任何可能干扰本研究的神经或骨科疾病; 4.研究期间参加其他训练项目者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Other serious illnesses; 2. Cognitive, sensory, or psychological impairments precluding full engagement with experimental paradigm; 3. Having neurological conditions; 4. Those who participated in other training programs during the study.
