研究目的：

本研究的目的是将中枢神经系统结核（CNSTB）患者脑脊液胱抑素C纳入到我们前期推导的粟粒性肺结核（MTB）合并CNSTB鉴别评分系统，以提高该评分系统的敏感度、特异度和准确性，为快速鉴别二者提供更为准确的评分系统。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to add cerebrospinal fluid cystatin C into the scoring system we deduced earlier to differential diagnose miliary pulmonary tuberculosis (MTB) co-current with central nervous system tuberculosis (CNSTB), so as to improve the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the scoring system, and provide a more accurate scoring system for rapid identifying the two diseases mentioned above.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.CT双肺多发粟粒性改变最终结果为转移瘤； 2.孕妇； 3.合并其他可能为肺转移瘤的肿瘤患者； 4.不适宜行核磁检查患者； 5.不同意纳入本研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple miliary changes in both lungs on CT ultimately result in metastatic tumors; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Merging other tumor patients who may have lung metastases; 4. Patients who are not suitable for magnetic resonance imaging; 5. Patients who did not agree to be included in this study.
