研究目的：

揭示太极拳训练调控肠道菌群及有益肠道微生物促进HPA轴功能正常化进而改善久坐老年人阈下抑郁的作用机制并对比太极拳训练与健步走训练对久坐老年人阈下抑郁及相关认知运动功能的干预效果。

Objectives of Study：

To reveal the mechanism by which Tai Chi training regulates intestinal flora and beneficial intestinal microbes promote the normalization of HPA axis function, thereby improving subthreshold depression in sedentary elderly people, and compares the effects of Tai Chi training and brisk walking training on sedentary elderly people. Intervention effects on subthreshold depression and related motor-cognitive functions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 根据DSM-V标准，满足心境障碍，双相抑郁障碍，精神障碍等的诊断标准； 2. 近半年有MDD病史； 3. 有使用糖皮质激素药物、精神病药物； 4. 任何重大医学或神经疾病，头部外伤史； 5. 有酒精及药物滥用史者； 6. 有出血倾向、内分泌紊乱（如库欣综合征、艾迪生氏病）等影响指标检测者； 7. 有心血管疾病史（既往卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作、心绞痛等，使用心血管疾病药物、冠状动脉搭桥手术、血管成形术）或经药物控制血压高于90/140mmHg； 8. 近一个月服用过抗生素、镇静催眠药物或益生菌制剂； 9. 正在参与对本研究结果有影响的其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. According to the DSM-V standard, meet the diagnostic criteria of mood disorder, bipolar depression disorder, mental disorder, etc.; 2. Have a history of MDD in the past six months; 3. Use of glucocorticoids and psychotropic drugs; 4. Any major medical or neurological disease, history of head trauma; 5. Those with a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 6. People with bleeding tendency, endocrine disorders (such as Cushing's syndrome, Addison's disease) and other impact indicators; 7. Have a history of cardiovascular disease (previous stroke, transient ischemic attack, angina pectoris, etc., use cardiovascular disease drugs, coronary artery bypass surgery, angioplasty) or control blood pressure higher than 90/140mmHg through drugs; 8. Have taken antibiotics, sedative and hypnotic drugs or probiotic preparations in the past month; 9. Those who are participating in other clinical trials that have an impact on the results of this study.
