This study was to survey the essence using two different ways in the clinic (virtual reality take essence and masturbation take fine) and the relationship of the relativity of the quality of semen

排除标准：

既往性功能障碍、睾丸生精障碍和精道梗阻性疾病等不育患者，以及在取精过程中有样本丢失或合并其他内科疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Sexual dysfunction; Testicular sperm production obstacles and vas deferens obstructive diseases; Merging other medical problems
