研究目的：

评价30%超分子水杨酸治疗12-17岁青少年Ⅱ-Ⅲ级寻常痤疮的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 30% supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of grade II-III acne vulgaris in adolescents aged 12-17 years.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有可能引起病情加重的其它皮肤疾病，或研究者认为此疾病可能影响对试验结果的判断； 2.对试验产品过敏者或高敏体质、女性妊娠患者； 3.试验前4周内口服抗生素类、糖皮质激素类、螺内酯等抗雄激素类以及其他治疗痤疮药物的患者；或使用过物理治疗痤疮的患者，如光动力、红蓝光等治疗；或经水杨酸和果酸治疗的患者；或2周内使用过外用的其他治疗痤疮的药物的患者； 4.试验前2个月内口服维A酸类药物者（阿维A酸类药物6个月）； 5.试验前2个月有面部注射或手术史的患者； 6.免疫缺陷性疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have another skin condition that may aggravate the condition, or the investigator believes that this condition may affect the judgment of the test results; 2. Allergic to the test product or hypersensitive physique, female pregnant patients; 3. Patients who took oral antibiotics, glucocorticoids, spironolactones and other anti-androgens and other acne drugs within 4 weeks before the trial; Or patients who have used physical therapy for acne, such as photodynamic, red and blue light treatment; Or patients treated with salicylic acid and hydroxy acid; Or have used other topical acne medications within 2 weeks; 4. Oral retinoic acid within 2 months before the trial (6 months for avitaric acid); 5. Patients with a history of facial injection or surgery 2 months before the trial; 6. Patients with immunodeficiency diseases.
