研究目的：

探究多关节联动功能性电刺激对脑卒中患者下肢运动功能、步态、及下肢肌肉表面肌电信号变化的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effects of multi joint linkage functional electrical stimulation on lower limb motor function, gait, and changes in lower limb muscle surface electromyographic signals in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心脏起搏器植入及体内安装金属器械者； 2.电极放置位置皮肤损害； 3.存在腓总神经损伤、重症肌无力、待刺激部位肌肉疾病等其他无法完成正常神经肌肉电刺激的问题； 4.患侧下肢改良Ashworth量表（MAS）评分大于2，关节存在明显挛缩； 5.下肢骨折； 6.重度抑郁症及精神疾病； 7.MMSE评分<23分； 8.视觉障碍； 9.癌症或者恶性肿瘤者； 10.妊娠期妇女； 11.严重并发症病情不稳定； 12.存在跌倒风险。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have implanted pacemakers and installed metal instruments in their bodies; 2. Skin damage to electrode placement location; 3. There are other problems such as damage to the common peroneal nerve, myasthenia gravis, and muscle diseases in the area to be stimulated that cannot complete normal neuromuscular electrical stimulation; 4. The modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) score on the affected lower limb is greater than 2, indicating significant joint contracture; 5. Lower limb fractures; 6. Severe depression and mental illness; 7. MMSE score<23 points; 8. Visual impairment; 9. Cancer or malignant tumors; 10. Pregnant women; 11. Severe complications and unstable condition; 12. There is a risk of falling.
