提出以一种可行的改善术后肺部并发症的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To propose a feasible method to improve postoperative pulmonary complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在吸入治疗中无法配合的患者； 2.有中重度症状性前列腺肥大或窄角型青光眼； 3.术前 1 个月内使用吸入β2 激动剂、毒蕈碱拮抗剂和/或糖皮质激素； 4.有心肌梗死、严重心功能障碍（纽约心脏协会分级高于 3 级），或 1 年内发生过的快速心律失常； 5.需要肾脏替代治疗； 6.有严重肝功能障碍(Child-PughC 级)； 7.在术前1 个月内参与其他药物试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unable to cooperate in inhalation therapy; 2. Moderate to severe symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy or narrow-angle glaucoma; 3. Inhaled beta-2 agonists, muscarinic antagonists, and/or glucocorticoids within 1 month before surgery; 4. Myocardial infarction, severe cardiac dysfunction (New York Heart Association rating higher than level 3), or tachyarrhythmia that occurred within 1 year; 5. Need kidney replacement therapy; 6. Severe liver dysfunction (Child-PughC class); 7. Participate in other drug trials within 1 month before surgery.
