研究目的：

基于ACS和PCI患者的CYP2C19等药物相关基因型的检测，联合使用血小板最大聚集率，研究不同基因型服用氯吡格雷或替格瑞洛的剂量，探讨中国人群ACS和PCI患者安全有效使用抗血小板聚集药的用药方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on genetype test of CYP2C19 and other genes concerned with medicine of ACS and PCI patients, use MAR to research the suitable dosage of Clopidogrel and Ticagrelor in patients with different genetype, and discuss how Chinese ACS and PCI patients use anti-plantlet drugs safely and effectively.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、 血小板减少症
2、 近期有消化道出血或其他系统出血者(不包括脑出血)
3、 严重肝肾功能不全（肝功能超出正常值两倍以上，肾功能Cr<30μmol/L）
4、 严重影响药物吸收的胃肠病患者
5、 阿司匹林、氯吡格雷禁忌

Exclusion criteria：

1. who has thrombopenia;
2. Recent gastrointestinal bleeding or other systemic bleeding (not including cerebral hemorrhage);
3. Severe liver and kidney function (liver function more than twice the normal value, kidney function Cr < 30 mumol/L);
4. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases that severely affect the absorption of drugs;
5. can not use asprin or clopidogrel.
