探究早上vs晚上运动对2型糖尿病合并轻度认知功能障碍老年人糖脂代谢和认知功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of morning exercise vs. evening exercise on glucose and lipid metabolism and cognitive function in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with mild cognitive impairment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.具有严重心血管疾病、其他严重基础疾病或癌症； 2.合并其它可能引起认知障碍的因素包括：脑血管病，颅脑外伤，各种脑炎，颅内占位，代谢性脑病，缺氧性脑病，帕金森氏病，甲状腺、甲状旁腺疾病等； 3.低血糖发作史； 4.具有抑郁等精神疾病或病史，《汉密尔顿抑郁量表》≥8分； 5.幽闭恐惧症； 6.作息不规律； 7.有运动障碍或运动禁忌症； 8.抽烟、酗酒等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have serious cardiovascular disease, other serious underlying disease or cancer; 2. Other factors that may cause cognitive impairment include cerebrovascular disease, craniocerebral trauma, various encephalitis, intracranial space occupation, metabolic encephalopathy, hypoxic encephalopathy, Parkinson's disease, thyroid and parathyroid diseases, etc.; 3. History of hypoglycemia; 4. Have depression or other mental illness or history, Hamilton Depression Scale >= 8 points; 5. Claustrophobia; 6. Irregular work and rest; 7. Have movement disorders or contraindications; 8. Smoking, drinking, etc.
