研究目的：

对MDD伴失眠患者DLPFC进行tDCS干预，不仅引起该靶点局部功能被改变，而且可能引起大脑皮层可塑性改变，通过长时程的皮质-皮质、丘脑-皮质或小脑-皮质通路传播到相互连接的脑区,改变LTP和LTD，可能是tDCS治疗MDD伴失眠的神经生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The tDCS intervention in the DLPFC of patients with MDD with insomnia not only causes local functional alterations at this target site, but may also cause changes in cortical plasticity that propagate to interconnected brain regions via long-duration cortico-cortical, thalamo-cortical or cerebellar-cortical pathways, altering LTP and LTD, which may be the neurobiological mechanism of tDCS for MDD with insomnia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴严重躯体疾病、感染性疾病及免疫系统疾病患者； 2.伴严重神经系统疾病、精神发育迟滞或脑器质性疾病的患者； 3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4.近3个月内接受电休克治疗者； 5.曾有过癫痫发作史； 6.经评测不适合接受tDCS治疗，以及无法完成相关指标采集者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious somatic diseases, infectious diseases and immune system diseases; 2. Patients with severe neurological disorders, mental retardation, or organic brain diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who have received electric shock treatment within the past 3 months; 5. Have a history of epileptic seizures; 6. Those who have been assessed as unsuitable for tDCS treatment and unable to complete relevant indicator collection.

对于患者，将由计算机软件产生的随机数字(区组随机化)与序号对应组成的随机数字序列封入信封，所有数字指定为A组、B组、C组和D组，并记录在案。符合入组条件并自愿参与试验的患者，分别根据各自随机表的编号进入A、B、C、D组，确定随机数字分组者不得参与纳入受试者。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

For patients, a random number sequence consisting of random numbers generated by computer software (zone group randomisation) corresponding to serial numbers was sealed in an envelope and all numbers were designated and recorded as Groups A, B, C and D. Patients who met the entry criteria and volunteered to participate in the trial were entered into Groups A, B, C and D according to their respective randomisation table numbers, and those who identified random number groupings were not allowed to participate in the inclusion of subjects.
