研究目的：

1.探索腹部按摩联合足三里中频电刺激对改善脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的临床效果。 2.探索腹部按摩联合足三里中频电刺激是否具有协同作用。 3.探索该干预方法对脓毒症患者营养状况及临床结局的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the clinical effect of abdominal massage combined with medium frequency electrical stimulation of the third mile of the foot on improving gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis. 2. To explore whether abdominal massage combined with medium-frequency electrical stimulation of the third mile of the foot has a synergistic effect. 3. To explore the effect of this intervention method on the nutritional status and clinical outcomes of patients with sepsis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.原发病为胃肠道疾病者，如消化道溃疡、萎缩性胃炎、胃癌等； 2.胃肠道切除术病史者、胃肠道或腹腔手术恢复期者； 3.严重免疫抑制患者及因肿瘤需要放化疗者； 4.严重凝血机制障碍者； 5.孕妇及脯乳期女性； 6.足三里穴及腹部所在部位的皮肤或皮下组织有破损、溃疡、感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People whose primary disease is gastrointestinal disease, such as peptic ulcer, atrophic gastritis, gastric cancer, etc.; 2. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal resection, those recovering from gastrointestinal or laparotomy; 3. Patients with severe immunosuppression and those who need radiotherapy due to tumor; 4. Patients with severe coagulation mechanism disorders; 5. Pregnant women and women in the prolactation period; 6. Those with broken, ulcerated, or infected skin or subcutaneous tissues at the foot San Li point and the area where the abdomen is located.

借助SPSS.25软件生成60个随机数字，按照1：1：1：1的比例分为4组，将所有数字分别写在60张纸片上，对折纸片避免暴露数字，将折纸随机数字分别放入不透明的信封中，研究者随机抽取，按照纸片上数字对应的组别纳入对照组（常规治疗）、试验组A（常规治疗+腹部按摩）、试验组B（常规治疗+足三里调制中频电刺激）和试验组C（常规治疗+腹部按摩联合足三里调制中频电刺激）。

With the help of SPSS.25 software, 60 random numbers were generated and divided into 4 groups according to the ratio of 1:1:1:1. All numbers were written on 60 pieces of paper, folded to avoid exposing the numbers, and the folded paper random numbers were placed in opaque envelopes, which were randomly selected by the investigator and included in the control group (conventional treatment), test group A (conventional treatment + abdominal massage ), test group B (conventional treatment + modulated medium-frequency electrical stimulation of the foot three li) and test group C (conventional treatment + abdominal massage combined with modulated medium-frequency electrical stimulation of the foot three li).

盲法：	由于干预操作实施的直观性，及考虑在干预过程中对病人进行操作方法、注意事项的讲解说明等原因，故无法避免来自受试者的主观偏倚，无法实现双盲，因此仅对疗效评价、统计分析人员采用盲法。
Blinding：	Due to the intuitive nature of the implementation of the intervention operation and the consideration of the explanation of the operation method and precautions to patients during the intervention, it was not possible to avoid subjective bias from the subjects and double-blinding could not be achieved, so only the efficacy evaluation and statistical analysts were blinded.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	通过东华电子病历系统采集，采用Epi Data3.1及时录用数据，并限定条件，所有患者资料的收集都经2人核对后录入Excel数据库，进行计算机检索数据，防止录入错误。对有疑问的数据及时查看原始资料并更正，查漏补缺，空白数据追溯原病例系统，录入的数据由专人整理、保存，避免出现信息偏移，数据分析由1名具有统计学专业的研究生进行分析。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Collection was done through the Donghua electronic medical record system. Epi Data3.1 was used to enter data in a timely manner and with limited conditions. All patient data collection was checked by 2 people and then entered into the Excel database for computerized data retrieval to prevent entry errors. The data in question were promptly checked for original information and corrected to check for gaps, blank data were traced back to the original case system, entered data were collated and saved by a person to avoid information bias, and data analysis was performed by a graduate student with a degree in statistics.
