评价改良经皮3D 打印个性化导板辅助骶髂螺钉置入治疗骨盆后环骨折对比传统透视下置钉的优缺点。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of posterior pelvic ring fracture fixation with iliosacral screw insertion between the assistance of modified percutaneous patient specific three-dimensional printed guide template and conventional fluoroscopy

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、有神经损伤 2、恶性肿瘤 3、妊娠 4、免疫系统疾病 5、使用免疫抑制剂者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients complicated with nerve injuries, malignant tumors, pregnancy, immune system diseases, and patients taking immunosuppressant.

The iliosacral screw was inserted for fixation of the posterior pelvic ring fracture with the assitance of modified percutaneous patient specific three- dimensional printed guide template.The operation time, fluoroscopy frequency, intraoperative blood loss and incision length were recorded for each screw insertion. Fracture reduction was evaluated according Matta criteria. The screw position was evaluated according to the modified Gras classification, and the functional outcome was evaluated according to Majeed score.

the iliosacral screw was inserted under the guidance of conventional fluoroscopy. The operation time, fluoroscopy frequency, intraoperative blood loss and incision length were recorded for each screw insertion. Fracture reduction was evaluated according Matta criteria. The screw position was evaluated according to the modified Gras classification, and the functional outcome was evaluated according to Majeed score. The parameters of both groups were compared, and statistical analysis was performed.
