研究目的：

1、通过开展符合国际标准的前瞻性临床研究，结合标准化的注册、研究、分析流程，完善“岐黄针”疗法治疗帕金森病的安全性、有效性评价，在提高临床疗效的基础上，为权威指南提供循证医学依据，推动中医药研究走向国际。 2、通过经济和社会进行统计学评价研究，及时建立“岐黄针”疗法治疗帕金森病的卫生经济学评价和示范样板，最终降低帕金森病的致畸率及死亡率，减少医疗财政投入。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By carrying out prospective clinical research in line with international standards, combined with standardized registration, research and analysis procedures, the safety and effectiveness evaluation of Qihuang needle therapy for Parkinson's disease will be improved, and on the basis of improving clinical efficacy, evidence-based medicine will be provided for authoritative guides to promote the research of traditional Chinese medicine to go international. 2. Through economic and social statistical evaluation and research, the health economic evaluation and demonstration model of Qihuang needle therapy for Parkinson's disease will be established in time, so as to reduce the teratogenic rate and mortality of Parkinson's disease and reduce the medical financial investment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）脑血管病、中毒等各种病因所致的帕金森综合征及帕金森叠加综合征； （2）有较重大疾病者，如严重的肝肾、血液、肿瘤、内分泌疾病或者痛症等； （3）同时参与其他药物及针刺临床试验者； （4）精神病患者； （5）耳聋或交流沟通存在障碍者； （6）有酗酒史或药物滥用史者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Parkinson's syndrome and Parkinson's superposition syndrome caused by cerebrovascular disease, poisoning and other causes; (2) those with serious diseases, such as severe liver and kidney, hematology, tumor, endocrine diseases or pain; (3) Participating in other drugs and acupuncture clinical trials at the same time; (4) mental patients; (5) Deafness or communication barriers; (6) Those who have a history of alcoholism or drug abuse.
